• Heat sources: Central Heat Source gas boiler room (installed .capacity. 32MW),  Cogeneration unit (installed .capacity. 24MW)
• Heat exchange stations (House Heat Exchange Station): 160 pcs (pressure-independent implemented as  Central Heating / Domestic Hot Water and Central Heating)
• Parallel twin-pipe heat distribution

Buildings supplied with heat:   approx. 8500 flats and 16 facilities (schools, administrative, general and business purpose facilities...)   

Applied Control and Instrumentation Systems:

• DDC process stations:   170 pcs , Siemens PX, PRU,PRS,  Delta Controls DAC
• Controlled points Input / Output:   6000 pcs
• The communication structure - dispatching:   Optics / LAN,  remote web-server access, Dispatch control system (BMS):  2x  Unigyr Insight, 1x D2000
